What data we collect
When you submit a booking request, we receive the information you fill in (name, email, phone number, sport, goals, and notes). This is sent directly to us via WhatsApp and is only used to respond to your request and plan your sessions. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
The ModernPitching app
The training app (modernpitching.base44.app) has its own account system. Data you enter there (velocity logs, training progress) is used solely to provide coaching services and is visible only to you and your coach.
Cookies
This website uses functional cookies to remember your language preference and, if enabled, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics data is anonymized and not used to identify individuals. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time without losing access to the site.
Third-party services
We use WhatsApp (Meta) for booking communication, Instagram for our social feed embed, and Google Analytics for visitor statistics. These services may set their own cookies and have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email info@modernpitching.nl and we will respond within 30 days.
